Sometimes it takes blood, guts and a lot of effort to get what you want.
Here’s the story of how my son worked to get something he wanted – and what it might mean to you.
What about you? What do you think?

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for this inspirational post. I needed this to remind me what I need to do, which is watch Bonanza, Gunsmoke, Married With Children, Two and a Half Men, and Mash AFTER and ONLY after I have completed my daily Internet Marketing chores. After all, that’s what VCRs are for.

Great story. Ryan is an inspiration to all of us. I’ve don double sessions (many years ago fyi) but I can still remember the pain of making it through the day.
I’m going to be doing double sessions for my Internet Marketing. Thanks, Ryan. Thanks Jeff. Truly uplifting story!

Great story! I myself was involved with high school football. I was 325. I understand the challenges. Thanks for sharing this story. It’s great how it relates so well to IM.

Ditto- Great story! I was a track and cross-country runner,so I understand about the running. I continued in college,became captain of the cross-country team at George Washington University,had the 64th fastest time in the 10K in NCAA and ran 37 marathons in my 30s.
Now Internet Marketing is much easier if you understand all the ways you
must get one-way links. I have an article about 30 methods to get one-way links.

Dear Jeff,
Thanks for your many inspirational ideas and support to equipped me as a businessman.

I think football is easier than IM. Suppose you don’t remember the 4,000 I spent on the coaching program you recommended and got nothing for. I haven’t given up though.

I think this is a very inspirational post. Thank you for giving it to us straight. I think a lot of us fail because we get sucked in to the belief that this is going to be quick and easy. When in actuality it isn’t hard work, it still takes a good amount of work and isn’t as quick and easy as some of the sales pages would like you to think.

Yesterday I was ready to give up completely. But somehow, when you need it most, and when you least expect it, inspiration is given to you. Today I’ve had 2 different inspirational messages. And the message was the same in both. “If you really want it, don’t be afraid to work hard to get it!” Thanks for the message Jeff. And thanks to Ryan for the inspiration he gives to anyone who will stop, look and listen.

Congratulations to Ryan for his grit, and to his dad for selecting a great example.
Ryan was able to persevere because of his focus. He knew what he wanted
and focus and tenacity carried him through.
Many of us are struggling because we don’t commit to one project long enough to see it through. We spend as much time drifting as we do forging ahead.

I really don’t know what to make of all this, there are just so many people making all these claims on how much money there is to be made, like just walking outside your front door, bending down and snatching up all the little nuggets waithing for the taking.

Jeff;
wheather or not you realize it, you have been an inspiration to me about on-line businesses. I have yet to launch my first site. Hopefully I will in a coulpe of weeks. You are the only one on the web that I have found that has a heart for the “littl-guy” trying to start a on-line business. Your newsletters rock. This article thus proves a success mathmatical formula that I have learned in all my years of successful selling : PERSISTACE over RESISTANCE = $UCCE$$ – Thanks again

Jeff;
Ryan’s determination is what each an everyone of us need. I think it paralells IM. We need that determination to succeed. Jeff you have been an inspiration to a lot of people round the world in the way you explain things and encourage everybody,despite the fact that you have never met them.I am one of them.I might not talk to you often or email you often but your inspiration goes on.
RYAN,CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ACHIEVMENT. MORE GREASE TO YOUR ELBOW.FOLLOW DAD’S ADVICE AND YOU WILL BE OK.
Thanks again Jeff.

Inspirations are a must to grow. It has been a few days since i have been able to get to my mail boxes. The desktop that i worked with was tampered with a lot. Now this new laptop does not get the proper updates and the windows defender does not work. this can only mean that this too is tampered probably at the time of purchase itself. Only time can tell.
Your blog post was a necessary reading.

Thank you jeff for the post. I feel like Ryan already. I think he and I have some thing in commom, you see it is not about double session any more it is about all the time session. Like you said we all experience some set back but no matter what or how long we all have to find a way and DO IT better than the day before. LET’S GO WIN…

Hi Jeff, Thanks for the inspiration. It really is about Blood,guts and Success. But I want to add courage. I have 3 grands and the last one 7 year old Josh is autistic. I quitted my day job to help my daughter at home. Here I am trying to do something to earn some money on the net. Haven’t made anything so far but I’ll keep trying.Love for my grandchildren will pull me through. Money or no money

What a great inspiration story, Jeff! You should be proud of your son for all that he went through to get on the team! And like some of the others mentioned, this came to me at a really good time too! My internet has been in & out for over 3 weeks now; the cable company has been here twice already, with them being here the last time yesterday; and I have already had to call them to come again because I can’t connect to the internet on my desktop (which is where all my biz info is). At the present time, I have my laptop hooked up just so I can try to catch up on my emails. They can’t come again until Tuesday AM. I certainly hope it gets fixed right this time! Frustration!! Thanks so much for the inspiration to keep me going, Jeff!

It kind of makes me wonder where your son got his brains from and it seems that you amy have something to do with it. If your kid is spending seven to eight hours a day and doing all this stuff during school hours etc. Where is it that he manages to have some time to get a school education for his future of what-ever trade he will wish to pursue? A carrier in football is short lived and has no guarenttes for any real kind of a future of any kind; whereas if he had an education; at least he would have a chance for a future for a very long time untill he retires at some point in time where football or any other sport is only good for a very shot time if you are good enough to be able to compete in that kind of thing. Sports are good and fine which does not require any brains at all compare to an education where your brains grow and are enhanced for a bigger and brighter future. Maybe, that is why you are in the Internet business where you do not require much brains or a consence when you sell people products and Items that are not really worth anything at all, ripping off the people you con for their money. I could be wrong mind you. but I kinda doubt that I am wrong about it. Now if you did have something that is beneficial and what will help some people have something of value; then maybe I am wrong about the Internet part, but am still right about the future of making a living in sports alone, which is fine as a part time thing , but not as a life goal for any kind of a real future. Yes you can get stardom, but that is taking too much of a risk for a secure future and is also short lived.
Secure a future first and your sport activities will follow as you can afford it to be. There are no guarentees. You need to creat your guarentees and that is from hard work with an education, which has very little to do with sports of any kind which should be enjoyed as a pass time and a possible fill in ones’ life.
