I was using TweetDeck for Twitter, but this new and free tool is more powerful and easier to use.
I really like the fact that it tracks how many clicks your tweets get.

Marketing eMail Open Rate Increases 18% vs 2008

Direct marketing powerhouse Epsilon completed a study of over 6.5 million marketing emails for over 200 clients and reported that open rates have increased over 18% year over year for the second quarter. That’s good news for those of us doing email marketing as more prospects are reading emails.
